Welcome to CG Dsyns. By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or purchasing any design packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

CG Dsyns specializes in:

  • Logo design and brand identity creation

  • Brand strategy services including Brand Compass, Brand Essence, and Brand Forge

  • Visual mockups and presentation materials

  • Other graphic design services as agreed in project contracts

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials required for project completion.

  • Review designs and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

  • Obtain necessary permissions or rights for any content, images, or materials you provide.

Failure to provide required materials or feedback may result in delays, and CG Dsyns will not be liable for missed deadlines due to client delays.

3. Project Scope and Modifications

  • All projects have a defined scope outlined in a service agreement or invoice.

  • Any requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

  • CG Dsyns reserves the right to refuse work requests that are illegal, unethical, or incompatible with our creative standards.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, logos, and brand assets created by CG Dsyns remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

  • CG Dsyns retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and online galleries, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is made.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are defined per project and outlined in invoices.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment must be received prior to delivery of final files.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in project suspension.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for completed work are not provided.

  • Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

7. Liability and Warranties

  • CG Dsyns provides services in good faith and strives for high-quality deliverables.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.

  • Clients are responsible for proper use and adaptation of delivered designs in their own marketing, product, or distribution channels.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project, including design concepts, marketing strategies, or sensitive business data.

9. Communication

All project communication is conducted via google meet, email, phone, or other agreed platforms. CG Dsyns is not responsible for miscommunication due to incorrect or delayed contact information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Sydney, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

CG Dsyns reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major updates, and continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
